How Intake Assessments Work
We regularly work with people who have been mis-diagnosed, or have had the underlying issues causing their mental health symptoms missed, and incorrect treatments and therapies suggested.
Before we recommend any treatment, we work with you to investigate your symptoms, and their causes.
Intake Assessments are the first step in determining which treatment/s may help.

An Intake Assessment session costs $75, and usually takes up to 1 hour. Most people only require one session, but complex cases may require more. If this is the case for you, it will be determined and discussed in your first session.

We will get in touch with you within 48 hours, to schedule an appointment time.
We will invoice you for appointments. Payment for services is required within 7 days.

If you, or someone you know, is in immediate danger, please call 111 to get help.
Cancellation Policy
With the growing number of people needing help, if for any reason, you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can offer this time slot to someone else.
If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more prior to your booking, there is no charge.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged 60% of the appointment fee.
